There are 12 rooms located between two historic villas on the same private property. Each villa includes a kitchen, a living room, and a saltwater pool. Both villas have been lovingly renovated to the highest modern standards. Each room has it’s own bathroom, quality mattress and fluffy pillows, in-room air conditioning control, plus screens on every window ensuring all the comforts of home and all the charm of living in an historical villa in Tuscany.

Room options include Double Shared Room, Standard Room, Luxury Room, or our exclusive Terrace Room. All rooms have their own private bathroom. The Luxury rooms are in the smaller of the two villas and house 4 guests in 4 separate bedrooms with extra large private bathrooms. This villa includes the Terrace Room, the only room with private outdoor space and a separate entrance. Click photos for options.
