The rooms are located between two historic villas, on the same private property, and just a few steps from each other. Each villa includes a kitchen, a living room, and a saltwater swimming pool. Each room has a thoughtful mix of traditional and modern elements. Both villas have been lovingly renovated to the highest modern standards including all updated bathrooms, top quality mattresses and pillows, in-room air conditioning, and screens on every window ensuring all the comforts of home and all the charm of living in an historical villa in Tuscany.

Room options include Double Shared Room, Standard Room, Luxury Room, or our exclusive Terrace Room. All rooms have their own private bathroom and all the same amenities listed above. The Luxury rooms are in the smaller of the two villas and house 4 guests in 4 separate bedrooms with extra large private bathrooms. This villa includes the Terrace Room, the only room with private outdoor space and a separate entrance.
